Mr. Pence is a Director at The Roxborough Group and is responsible for sourcing multifamily investment opportunities across the Western United States. Before joining The Roxborough Group in 2024, Mr. Pence was the Chief Operating Officer of Belveron Partners, an affordable housing investment firm with more than $1 billion in gross assets and 12,000 units under management. Before that, he spent 14 years with Carmel Partners, a national multifamily investment firm, where he led the West Coast Investments team responsible for acquisitions, portfolio management, recapitalizations and dispositions. Prior to launching his real estate career with Carmel Partners, Mr. Pence helped three tech start-ups successfully scale and sell their businesses: Peapod, Circles Services and Tellme Networks.

Mr. Pence has been a longstanding member of the Urban Land Institute, the Real Estate Alumni of Dartmouth (Real D) and the Belden Club. Mr. Pence holds a B.A. in Psychology from Dartmouth College.
